We have temporarily modified our Transfusion Serology Order Management hours of operation from April 16^th until April 25^th to 10am – 5pm EST due to systems integration activities.

On April 26^th, our hours of operation will be 8:30am – 1:30pm EST.

A Technical Support system upgrade, where you may experience longer than expected hold times while attempting to reach our team, will begin on Friday, April 26, 2024 @ 2 pm EST through Thursday, May 02, 2024 @ 5 pm EST.
