The Details

The development of post transplantation antibodies against Non-HLA autoantigens is associated with rejection and decreased long-term graft survival. The most convincing evidence of the importance of Non-HLA comes from reports of accelerated AMR in recipients of renal transplants from HLA identical siblings.

Werfen believes in advancing the field of transplantation with a greater understanding of the role of non-HLA in transplant rejection. LIFECODES Non-HLA Antibody kit detects IgG antibodies to 60 non-HLA autoantigens. The panel was selected from an exhaustive literature search and protoarray analysis.
