Factor Vlll Antibody Screen is a qualitative solid enzyme link​ed immunosorbent assay (ELISA) designed to detect IgG antibodies reactive with recombinant human factor Vlll (FVlll) in human serum and plasma.

  • Detects low titer antibodies to human FVIII
  • Fast and efficient way to screen out Bethesda negative samples
  • Detects relevant non-inhibitory antibodies thought to increase FVIII clearance
